Senior Account Manager, responsible for a £4 million turnover account in the telecoms sector. Managing a team of resourcers in a central Birmingham office, supplying high volume contract residential telecoms engineers across the UK. This varied between 100-150 per month ensuring full compliance at all times. I took responsibility for all permanent recruitment for the client, ranging from administrators through to specialist telecoms roles and IT roles.

South

Responsible for 5 Nestle sites within the southern area of the UK with a £5 million pound spend. Also took responsibility for a new logistics operation outside of the Nestle contract. Strong team building and client relationship building experience ensuring delivery of SLA. Developing perm opportunities within the business.

Tutbury, Derbyshire

Part of successful team that recruited over 100 permanent staff over a 16 month period for new extension to the Nestle coffee manufacturing site. Resourcing through major job sites and attending local job fairs for Technical Operators, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, QA Technicians, Industrial Services Engineers and Shift Managers. Providing candidates, organising and planning assessment centres.

Responsible for GLA auditing of all Branches and Sites throughout the PMP/Abacus network. This involved paper document auditing of all registration paperwork, client documentation as well as electronic auditing. I was also reponsible for delivering internal training to all new PMP staff, to cover Induction, GLA, Registration procedures, Employed Status, Travel Scheme and AWR

Amazon

Reponsible for setting up new site team to supply new FC in Swansea. Ensuring correct recruitment process was trained and carried out. I spent 1-2 days in Swansea where we supplied around 200 staff as well as fully managing LTN site through peak period supplying in excess of 600 staff.

Initially brought into the amazon team to recruit Managers and Engineers for permanent roles at the FC based between Bedford and Milton Keynes, LTN1, the first FC in the UK. I was seconded to the Temp supply team in Oct 2001 to help with the day to day management of 1200 workers at peak. In Early 2002 I was appointed Account Manager for the Temp supply team, running and developing the account for the next 6 years.
