Manage the day-to-day operations• Oversee employees and provide job coverage as required, including Service Coordinator, Inventory Control, Estimator, Road Technician, Shop Technician, Storefront, Reception• Coordination of road and shop technicians' daily assignments• Develop and refine system workflow processes• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures• Warehouse management, including procurement of supplies and materials • Shipping and Receiving: filling parts requests and maintaining positive vendor relations• Recognize and correct safety hazards; educate employees as required• Identify, address and oversee building and fleet maintenance requirements• Manage human resources, including recruitment, selection and training• Supervise staff, evaluate performance and initiate disciplinary actions as required• Oversee and assist with estimates• Provide exceptional customer service (French or English), respond to customer inquiries and complaints• Job completion follow-up to ensure quality standards are met• Inside/outside sales• Prepare hardware for various projects• Host weekly safety and operations meetings • On-call emergency technician coverage• Excellent working knowledge of computers and related software (Microsoft office, Quickbooks, etc)
