Providing technical and project management support to teams throughout the organisation including training across editorial standards, UX and design, analytics, security and compliance. - Re-platformed the think tank’s website, delivered on time and on budget, with a blended approach sequentially delivering design, build and migration phases followed by an Agile methodology to deliver a Minimum Viable Product and optimisation roadmap.- Deployed a new analytics and KPI framework leveraging Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager with an HTML data layer to deliver performance reporting in dashboards customised for various teams.- Improved QA and resources required for events team to produce online experiences.- Completed a CRM transition and data migration to reduce costs by 2/3rds while maintaining functionality.- Re-platformed and negotiated SLAs for several websites, delivering improved security.
