    -In charge of up to 81 Marines with experience ranging from 1-18 years-Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of over $20,000,000 worth of equipment-Graded from Winter Mountain Leaders Course in Bridgeport, CA. One of USMC's most challenging leadership courses as it teaches leadership in freezing temperatures in the mountain environment.-Successfully completed deployment to Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2 based out of Romania.-Logistically planned and led two separate six-man teams to Ukraine for a total of one month. Engaged over 80 Ukrainian Marines while exchanging tactics and instructing leadership techniques. Improved the ability of these Marines to lead their men in combat with the Separatists-Planned, prepared, and led 18 Marines during 17 days of cold weather mountain operations with the UK Royal Marine Commandos during exercise Green Claymore in Scotland. Enhanced nation’s ability to operate in this environment with the UK-Planned, coordinated and was the range safety officer for a live fire exercise which successfully and safely integrated six different countries including over 400 personnel in Bulgaria. Demonstrated this critical event in front of many distinguished visitors including the Bulgarian Secretary of Defense and US ambassador to Bulgaria -Led a three-man team which graduated from the Finish Cold Weather Operations course in Lapland, Finland. Successfully completing this challenging course will allow the Marine Corps to send future Marines here for cold weather training in the Nordic region. Only US Marine to pass the Finnish Winter Warrior Test

When I retured from this deployment, I was assigned to Weapons Company, Combined Anti-Armor Team. In this billet, I was sent to school in Bridgeport, CA to become a Winter Mountain Leader. I then deployed with this platoon to Romania as part of Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2.

    -In charge of 38 Marines during prepation and deployment to Black Sea Rotational Force 15.1 -Planned and coordinated for 170 Marines and gear to move from Romainia to Lithuania for joint NATO Exercise Saber Strike via both airplane and tractor trailer. (Budget $2,000,000) Increased interoperability with participating countries including the Germans, Lithuanians and Portuguese.-Created and was the Officer in Charge for joint exercise Platinum Lion 15.1 in Bulgaria. Training consisted of 80 Marines, 97 Bulgarians and 24 Romainians over 3 weeks. Live fire training and classroom instruction improved the US's ability to operate tactically with these countries.-Led a 3 man team to Hungary and increased our nations interoperability by conducting a 5 day exercise familiarizing our tactics with 86 members of the Hungarian Defense Force
