• As a Business Analyst, I have worked on large and small projects for the New Berlin Data Center. My focus is on projects for Offline, Settlement and DataNavigator, but I also worked on many Connex (online) projects. I.
• Research and analysis of business requirements.
• Create project cost estimates for all aspects of the project.

• Training and mentoring new Business Analysts.

Manage the Chargeback Dispute Center, which has a staff of 86. Effectively hire, coach and motivate the associates to help attain the department service levels for the 1,732 financial institutions for which we process Visa and MasterCard disputes. Review and put in place policies and procedures to meet department and company goals. Train the financial.

Supported the ATM Dispute Resolution Group and Cash Management Group with all settlement, funds movement and ATM adjustment issues. Ensure adjustment accounts are reconciled and funds are moved within proper timeframes.

Research and enact enhancements to current settlement related products. This includes setting service levels and putting procedures in place to meet those service levels. Did cost/benefit analysis on enhancements to existing products and new product offerings. Wrote business requirements for projects and worked with the development areas of the company to.

Provide training to new clients on settlement, adjustment processing and all other eFunds products at the client’s site. Created training materials and conducted training seminars for larger client groups and eFunds employees on settlement reports, General Ledger balancing procedures and other related topics.
