Lead complex value stream improvement projects, working with MDs, Directors, and teams across value streams to implement kaizen improvements and adopt Lean Value Stream principles and ways of working to deliver sustained improvement.

Lead change agent, responsible for working with directors and their teams to adopt and embed Lean principles and ways of working to deliver sustained performance improvement.

Responsible for the delivery of multiple transformation projects for BT Operate, including:- Installation of new customer experience operation centres, providing real-time monitoring and incident management for IT value streams supporting BT's critical customer order journeys- IT and cultural transformation programme to change how BT Employees obtained IT support, moving from telephony-based service to self-help knowledge base service.

Responsible for transformation and continuous improvement of the IT environment and services utilised by the BT Board and Senior Directors.
