Supervise all trade allocations for repairs to domestic and commercial buildings damaged by insurable events. This involves working closely with the claim team, clients, as well as the tradesman, suppliers and sub-contractors working for Bay Building Services. Required to facilitate the smooth running of all of the allocated projects and in doing so meeting all of our internal budgets and clients KPI’s.Key activities (this role encompasses but is not limited to):• Coordinating trade personnel including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, plasterers including various additional sub-contractors.• Ensuring all jobs are commenced and completed within the allocated timeframe/schedule.• Work in with office staff to ensure all appropriate building regulations are adhered to and appropriate paperwork (building permits, contracts etc.) are in place prior to works commencing.• Ensuring correct & efficient supply of material orders.• Ensuring each job is managed within the supplied budget.• Ensure Claims Coordinators (Admin Team) are updated on a weekly basis.• Establishing and maintaining contractor and client relationships.• Follow up all phone messages and emails on a daily basis.• Follow up on all awaiting quotes.• Attend site meetings on a daily basis.• Ensure the appropriate quality control is achieved and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are met.• Ensure workplace Health and Safety procedures are met.• Ensure any “problems” are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
