Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Roles and Responsibilities included:-• The designer of a Proof of Concepts (PoC) framework in collaboration with management • Packaging up and articulating successful PoC’s for delivery by engineering• Delivery team engagement and leadership• Vendor engagement in both discovery, commercial & delivery phases• Go to for tactical initiatives with significant commercial outcomesKey Achievements in this role included:-• Leading the architectural decision on a new enterprise billing platform enabling amaysim to enter into new markets and speed up future product changes• Designing and building out a PoC for a call centre smart routing initiative utilising the serverless framework and AWS Connect• Integrated Zendesk, AWS Athena and a machine learning model to provide commercial insights as to why customers were contacting us• Leading the architecture focus on ingesting data from several integrations to stitch and enrich the single customer view into tooling such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)• Architected a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant telephony platform that enabled payments in a compliant environment over the phone.
