Full responsibility for the College's learning management system, drive change management processes for all staff, work with the College's IT Team to provide solutions for the Moriah Executive team and provide roadmaps for implementation of strategy as the College migrates towards 100% cloud-based storage and services.

Responsible for the implementation of ICT strategy for all staff and in particular, the change management processes related to the College transitioning from an independent private girl' school to a Catholic Education Office diocesan school.

Lead the delivery of the School's Internationalism Programme in Nanjing, China, educating large groups of Caulfield Grammar students at the Nanjing Campus.

As the chair of the College's IT Committee, the Head of e-Learning is responsible for the implementation of the College's digital transformation project and the associated change management processes required to bring this strategy to fulfillment.
