I offer a range of services, as well as online and virtual reality (VR) therapy, using evidence-based and innovative approaches.Before starting my own practice in December 2022, I spent over three years in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of Flipdish, a leading online food ordering platform. I held various leadership roles in the client operations and activations teams, where I managed and supported hundreds of clients across multiple markets and regions. I developed and implemented effective strategies to optimise customer onboarding, retention, and loyalty, while also driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. I leveraged my strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and deliver exceptional results.
