Accessible on mobile devices and compatible with affordable VR headsets like Google Cardboard, AnamVR will transport its users to relaxing environments, providing a safe and immersive space for healing and personal growth. Through a combination of guided breathing exercises, CBT worksheets, and psychoeducational content, users learn coping mechanisms, develop emotional resilience, and gain practical skills to manage their anxiety effectively.
