I provide targeted goal oriented support to individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury or suffering from other brain or developmental disability to improve their independent living skills in a variety of environments. Using structured intervention techniques, I assist consumers to learn the interpersonal skills necessary to participate in the community, to learn and improve independent living skills, and to identify and connect with community resources. This includes providing related assessments, counseling, advocacy, travel training and other services necessary to maintain employment, gain independence and/or connect with their community. As Lead CSI, I act a a resource to other Community Support Team Members, to assist them in providing holistic, person-centered, strengths-based care to consumers.

Responsible for the transformation of the company’s on-the-job training approach to a comprehensive professional training function employing blended instructional design and delivery methodology. This objective required an ongoing collaboration with senior leaders, managers and employees and an ongoing analysis of process and performance data to identify training needs and draft organizational learning objectives. Other duties included:• Strategic, departmental and project planning.• Departmental and project budgeting.• Field performance auditing.• Prioritization, implementation and coordination of process improvement and training initiatives.• Evaluation of process improvement and training effectiveness • Job and task analysis.• Design, creation and implementation of training courses, manuals, bulletins and other resources.• Management of Learning Management System• Participate on senior management teams.• Reporting of project progress, performance results and ROI.

Responsible for the complete oversight and management of on-site operations of assigned field projects to ensure successful completion with-in specified time, accuracy and budget constraints. Later as a senior manager I was responsible for the coordination and management of larger, high-profile projects managing in a more stressful, difficult and complex environment.
