2001 was my starting point in estate agency. Like many before me a trainee negotiator, wet behind the ears. Working for a small independent I was managing my own branch within 18 months. Before taking control of the five branches within the business in an area role. Many a lesson was learnt during the financial crisis. The take over by Connells of Burchell Edwards has further allowed me to grow and develop. Taking on more responsibility and becoming more rounded in an area position.
