Managing Consumer Operations for Uber's delivery business in California and the Pacific Northwest

-Led a 3-person team as the data operations manager of a consortium-based product consisting of industry-leading life insurance companies-Improved the project’s data quality and shortened the delivery timeline through extensive process documentation, enhanced vetting and QA methodology, and detailed task tracking and organizational efforts-Directed quarterly 10-week cycles where my team collected, vetted, formatted, and loaded sales and distribution alignment data into our data warehouses which were used create client reports that benchmark sales, strategically target sales opportunities, and evaluate distribution performance-Coordinated database tasks, bug fixes, and enhancements with a team of developers using agile methodology to shape the product in order to meet clients’ needs

• Helped the Product and Portfolio Strategy team with competitor analysis, data entry, and other investment research• Developed a database using Morningstar Direct for the top 100 competing alternative investment funds in the US based on AUM and analyzed key strategy points for each fund
