When meeting customers and contacts I ask questions and listen; intently to their goals and motivations. My background in industrial electronics, home energy systems and real estate allows me to assist my customers with an eye toward things they may not consider at first or second glance. I joined the real estate profession in Florida in 2003 as demand was growing and market prices were increasing. I experienced the slow down and down side of depressed values from 2007-2010. We are now seeing an upward growth curve again, albeit a moderate increase and a positive trend for property owners who purchased real estate at peak prices from 2004-2006. Listing and Selling Real Estate is what I do and enjoy! Facts are what I provide to my customers to assist their decisionsI moved to Northeast Florida in 1998. My wife and I are constantly aware how fortunate we are to live in one of the nicest areas of the country. We are blessed to have many rich resources; natural surroundings, beaches and waterways, history, arts, culture, and great dining. It is important for us to be good stewards of the land we inhabit, and make it better for the future generations.
