I update company firearms operations and procedures as needed to improve efficiencies as well as enhance compliance with Federal, State and Local laws. My duties include all aspects of operating a successful retail store and federally licensed firearms dealership. In addition to this, I fill many more roles. I serve as a trainer for all members of management within my district, as well as for firearms department personnel throughout the company, by utilizing a training program that I developed. This program was rolled out company-wide. At the request of our corporate office, I played a key role in developing an updated operations manual for firearms department procedures. Additionally I have stood in as acting District Manager in the absence of the District Manager. I have been asked to make several presentations at company expos, and have engaged in additional personal training, earning the title of Sport Specialist. I have also built relationships and act as a liaison to community organizations, such as C.A.S.A. (Cadillac All Sports Association) and Girls on the Run.

I served as operations manager in charge of inventory control and inventory accuracy, as well as shipping and receiving.
