My role includes player recruitment, player development, tactical development and creating a winning environment. As head coach, another of my responsibilities is to coordinate support staff, as well as liaise with the club on a daily basis. My current emphasis is the development of tactical knowledge, and decision making.

This involved assisting coach Sam Laity, and Head Coach Laura Harvey in the day to day duties, including planning and setting up training.
