Provide management and support for Development Division staff while also managing projects from sourcing/acquisition through construction as well as sourcing and identifying potential new development opportunities and sources for debt/equity financing and negotiate deal terms with potential financing partners

Managed or assisted in all aspects of the development process while being involved in all as well as managing the execution of many of tasks including but not limited to due diligence, feasibility, programming, design, entitlements, easements, financing, permitting, construction, opening coordination and completion while ensuring progress against the project's business plan

Assisted Project Managers in analyzing various types of information such as: site due diligence studies (environmental reports, geotechnical reports, surveys, etc.), design documents, vendor contracts, entitlements, project financing documents and vendor invoices as well as managent of project vendors, contractors, consultants and municipal processes as necessary for multiple development personnel across multiple projects.

Provide administrative and project support to project managers in the international division for development projects which included interaction with representatives from international government, NGOs and multilateral financial institutions. Also assisted in recruiting short/long term project and home office staff.

Assisted the Construction Manager in logistics & overall project management for commercial construction projects including project administration (RFIs, change orders, submittals and other related documents), compiling quantity takeoffs for ordering materials, tracking/approving subcontractor invoices and management of the post construction/facilities management turnover for the developer
