♚ Work with leadership to develop strategic plans, execute, and monitor the performance of organization-wide short and long term strategic initiatives.♛ Collaborate with the communications function and investor relations to convey the organization’s strategy and objectives externally and internally to all levels.♜ Collaborate with the CFO to develop a capital plan in line with the organization's strategy, investment policies, and fundraising plans for acquisitions.♝ Oversee the organization’s mergers & acquisitions agenda and develop and negotiate joint ventures, strategic partnerships and/or divestments.♞ Research and evaluate new technology, business models, and other innovations which could improve the organization’s overall performance.♛ Collaborate with R&D and operations by implementing and evaluating pragmatic testing of new products and services from a customer perspective.♟ Analyze macroeconomic factors, competitive dynamics, market share changes, organization capabilities, government regulation, and strategic risks.♚ Ensure the strategic planning projects of each department, function, and portfolio company’s operations reflect organizational strategic priorities.
