As the General Manager of Trece Eatery + Spirits, I lead a team of 30 staff members in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. I hold ServSafe Manager and TAM certifications, and I have over 26 years of management experience in the restaurant industry. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, and I use these tools to create reports, budgets, schedules, and menus. I am passionate about customer service, and I strive to ensure that every guest leaves our restaurant satisfied and happy. I also partner with local suppliers, vendors, and community organizations to source quality ingredients, support local businesses, and give back to the community.
