The Fund is well positioned to invest without a partner, and, where appropriate, is capable of leveraging strong relationships with local angel investors to make co-investments. The target capital investment of the Fund is $25,000 supporting raises of less than $1,000,000. The investment is provided in exchange for equity, convertible debt, or a similar security.
