My functional tasks within the company comprise among others of the:✔ Management of a team of 4 project engineers: mentoring, training, goal-setting, delegation, control of tasks done, evaluation and giving feedback.✔ Initiating and leading traineeship projects.✔ Development of the “Borealis” heat pump concept for electric city busses.✔ Development of heating, ventilation and air condition products (HVAC systems)✔ Performing thermodynamic design calculations of new products and applications.✔ Design and drawing of conceptual electric schematics for new products and applications.✔ Collaboration with CAD, Electric, Software and After-Sales departments concerning design issues.✔ Performing application engineering tasks, including assistance with product and systems integration into customer vehicles.✔ Building of test-cases of systems in the laboratory environment.✔ Coordination of prototype projects in the field.✔ Testing of prototypes in laboratory and in the field.✔ Performing data analysis.✔ Development of Excel VBA tools used for data analysis.✔ Provision of support to sales activities through technical details and presentation, including the occasional visit to customers.✔ Provision of support to the After-sales department for problem identification, including the occasional support in the field for extended analysis.
