In the two years I have been working at Inno+, I have set up a new project structure. Clearer project outlines make them more concrete and the results more measurable. This contributes to a continuous work flow and professional execution at our clients. We are the "go-to guy" in the field of air scrubbers, heat recovery, pre-conditioning and herewith we bring the 4th generation Climate livestock farming.I am a driven person and one of my strong points is analysing the various data and, if necessary, coming up with specific solutions. In a team, I am someone who monitors progress and takes initiative. As a team, I think it is important to help create the right conditions for individuals to grow. I am open to developments and enjoy discussing new insights and challenges with colleagues.In my current position as project manager, I am right in the middle of the organization. The projects and products we realize contributed in making steps together with our customers on continuously improving animal welfare and on a more sustainable agriculture sector globally.
