I'm an ICT professional who is used to put my knowledge into practice. Both by using this knowledge myself in my current job and by sharing this knowledge with colleagues. Keeping this knowledge up-to-date by understanding the ‘unknown’ is part of the daily practice. Bringing other people on par with this knowledge by explaining and teaching is part of the job.I’m happy to be part of a project, in which I can play my own role. However, if the final goal requires extending this role to areas outside my scope I’m used to do so.Both regular way of working, by following standard procedures, and irregular activities like trouble shooting, problem analysis and thinking out-of-the-box I consider to be relevant parts of my job.I like my job to be challenging and it needs to be more than a routine experience.Build up knowledge to use and to share!
