While in this position, I served as a corporate-wide resource for a variety of software development methodologies, including championing the introduction of an Agile methodology within an otherwise waterfall-based organization. I led teams that used these methodologies to implement complex system integrations and change management techniques. In addition, I defined project management strategies. It was critical that these strategies aligned our internal objectives with customers’ commercial, government, and military engineering process and quality requirements.  Managed the Integration group, providing delivery and integration services for a complex suite of airline crewing software products to various customers in North America, Europe, and Australia. Led the Customer Support department, providing 24/7 operational and technical support to global customers. Defined and integrated airline crew scheduling processes with multiple airlines, including British Airways, Ansett Australia, Canada 3000, and Maersk Air. Performed all staff management for the Test, Delivery, and Integration teams, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
