I am a seasoned General Manager with more than two decades of experience in the heavy-duty truck and transportation industry. Since January 2021, I've been leading MHC's dealership in Dallas, where I focus on expanding market share, retaining customers and employees, and enhancing the profitability of each department through strategic management practices.Before joining MHC, I served as the General Manager for two Greater Los Angeles dealerships at Rush Peterbilt, handling heavy-duty truck sales, service, and parts. I also led Fontana's Medium Duty truck operations to new levels of success. Even earlier, I had the privilege of launching a new Inland Kenworth dealership in Carson, where we surpassed all financial forecasts right out of the gate.My career has been a journey of progressive responsibility. I started in logistics management at Xpedx before transitioning to sales roles at TCI and Rollins/Penske. From there, I joined Inland-Kenworth as a PacLease Lease Consultant. I was honored to be named the top salesman in 2007 and soon after was promoted to Credit/Finance Manager. In this role, I oversaw a team of 8 and streamlined our financing operations.When I'm not at the office, I'm a die-hard sports enthusiast, with baseball being my ultimate passion. I never miss an opportunity to catch a game and enjoy the dynamics of team sports.
