Most recently, I was the Communications Manager at Grove Collaborative, guiding a team of 6 mission-driven individuals to build a robust, comprehensive Knowledge Base that supported over 100 customer service agents working remotely across the US. In addition, we continuously gathered feedback to perpetually update this resource to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and ease of use. I was the face of internal communications in Community Happiness (customer service); I genuinely enjoyed creating the content and presenting biweekly “All Hands” meetings for the entire department. In addition, I coordinated with other content managers to ensure alignment with company goals, branding, and policies.In less than four years at Grove, I was promoted five times. I was thrilled to join Grove as part of the initial team that opened the Portland office. Within six months, I was selected to lead our new-hire training as we grew from 23 agents to more than 100 in just a few months. I continued overseeing training as my role expanded by implementing a consistent and sustainable continuing education program for our agents.
