Rob Visintainer is the Vice President of Global Manufacturing, Operations Quality & New Product Introduction at NCR Corporation with responsibility for manufacturing all of NCR’s products Worldwide. Rob’s scope includes Product Engineering, Test Development, Business IT, Operational Quality, New Product Introduction , Customer Staging & Fulfillment. Rob has over 25 years experience in Global Operations, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing, with focus on Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America Operations.Rob joined NCR in 2009 and is credited for driving the Company’s transformation from an outsourcing model to a NCR Global Manufacturing Network. He has extensive experience in both “Green & Brown Field” Plant start-up in multiple regions of the world and expertise in LEED and BREEM certification requirements. Rob has led a number of successful acquisitions & divestitures throughout his career and is an integral leader for driving Corporate strategy and roadmaps in Emerging Markets for NCR today.

Responsible for coordinating global continuous improvement projects and standardization across multiple manufacturing campuses. Create and deploy standardized global metrics, and systems to establish industry best practices.

Petroleum Analyzer Co., Vice President Global Operations Houston, TX Sept 2007 Operational and supply chain management of four locations globally that represents $150M in annual revenue. Successfully developed and led a team of 200 associates accountable for all aspects of manufacturing and distribution of highly advanced testing equipment used for laboratory, on-line process and field use to a wide variety of customers worldwide. Specific achievements include:-Developed operational key process indicators worldwide for on-time delivery resulting in 30% improvement to customer deliveries and reducing customer order backlog by 50%. -Successfully consolidated multiple global supply channels resulting in a one year savings of $4M. -Significantly increased inventory accuracy by 60% through the implementation and use of a state of the art warehousing system ($350K). -Deployed an ERP system across four international locations, resulting in a 25% reduction of suppliers.-5S deployed in 2 locations creating 20K ft2 manufacturing space available for business growth.-Established global data repository system for process standardization, record retention and business continuity.
