I have focused my education, career, and life on my passion for helping to educate, support and motivate others, especially our youth, and to build and sustain a healthy lifestyle. I have BS degrees in both Health & Physical Education (K-12), and Kinesiology/Fitness Specialist, as well as 2 minors (Health & Nutrition). Additionally I have an Instructional I Teacher’s Certification in Driver’s Safety Education, as well as a certification in Instructional Design. As a result, my educational background really provides me with the breadth of knowledge needed to teach all aspects of health, nutrition, anatomy/physiology, strength & conditioning, physical education, and driver’s safety education.Presently, I am fulfilling the role as lead Health & Physical Educator and Department Head at the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)TCHS Brandywine & Pickering Campus’s which are located in Downingtown and Phoenixville, PA.
