Since 2017, I have built a turn-key beef business into a multi-million-dollar venture. As the Beef Export Manager for United Brand Group on the Gold Coast, I developed and grew the Howstin Premium Marbled Australian Beef brand. I developed a robust marketing strategy to promote this brand in the overseas market, worked across the supply chain, from product to plate, and managed crucial sales deals with markets in South East Asia. In 2020, prior to COVID19 hitting the Australian shores, sales forecast was $20-$30million over a three year period and the business was valued at $11 million

In 2005, my wife and I launched WinTech Racing Australia. We commenced with stocks valued at approximately $90K. Over a ten years we had built up a national sales team, extensive list of key accounts, and customer centric approach to service. We worked tirelessly to develop and drive the WinTech Brand and service, which ultimately paid off with continuous sales over the $1,5m annually. Throughout my time with Wintech Racing, I was also a member of the Global Steering committee. Key objectives was one brand one team throughout the Global distribution network.
