Development/QA/IT all supported this process and helped push it to new products5) Developed method to add a second UAT step using production for major releases. Team had a few larger than usual releases with fewer issues compared to historical numbers6) Helped in building out a new development environment to go along with the SCM process. Quality was increased and post production release hotfixes went from expected to rare. 7) Measurable increase in customer satisfaction using net promoter score.8) Moved to a more agile SDLC including story points, tracking burndown. Increased predictability of release dates and content.
