Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile.I am an Independent property investor and advisor, offering training, consulting and one-to-one practical assistance.Since 2001 I have been investing in property. Up until 2013 I did this in parallel to a full time career at Gillette / P and G as an Engineer then more recently as a project manager for large industrial automation projects.In 2008 I started my formal property education and have been continuing with this since. There were definitely some light bulb moments. This experince and education has given me a strong foundation to build on. Less than five years after my education started I managed to get into a position of financial independence and gave up the corporate life. Since leaving the corporate world I have developed a property manual, this has taken the experience and education that I have gained to help others follow in my foot steps. I have had many comments on the great content of this manual and its some thing I am very proud of. We now use this manual as the basis of a one day property tool box training that we run periodically are able to offer a number of other tailored solutions to help people. For those who have been on my one of my training courses you will know my style is very interactive and I like to get peoples questions answered, if I don't know, I will normally know some that does or where we could find the answer.
