I managed and led the recruitment strategies through several Midwest markets, with a focus in the Chicagoland area. I connect with prospective students, families, OWU alumni, faculty, staff, counselors, community based organizations, and all other key stakeholders to ensure a quality applicant pool and strong yield from key markets while helping students find their fit. This includes programming, events, file review, and strategy implementation. I coordinate meetings with OWU's Counselor Advisory Board, help organize our national virtual recruitment events, and I am a member of the Admissions Review Committee along with OWU's Director of Admission and Vice President.

Established Midwest office in Chicago, and currently manage area recruitment for Syracuse University, including file review, programming, alumni involvement, and data analysis. Currently, as an integral part of a team that reads roughly 4,000 of the nearly 30,000 applications received at my university, many final admissions decisions are made under my review.
