Working as R&D manager from on board day , first 3 years . I am in charge of commecial and Medial connector and Cable assembly desing as well as Tooling design . I have done HDMI/USB /DP /SATA/SAS /HD/IPass/SFP/QSFP product series design . I am familar with HPC cable assembly and connetor charactor as well as Tooling mold structure and design( using Mold flow to do simulation) . later on , I am in charge of Automotive engineering product design and development . I have done HSAL1&HSAL2 series product and MCM power supplier module product design . so I am familiar with Automotive standard and PCBA process(SMT/ICT/FT), familiar with IATF (TS16949) & VDA 6.5 QS system process . Familiar with APQP new product development , good team player.

Dongguan

Main Product are Printer and Power supply, as program manger . I am in charge of all Mechanical component quoation and building until Mass production . project I have done are Kodak printer , Fujixerox 's printer , Dell's Power supplier . Rim Power supplier etc , I am fimilar with all New product devlopment process from NPI to mass production as well as SMT /PCBA Process . have strong negiation skill with customer about Commecial and technical aspect. good team player .

Dong Guang

Janus is precison Machanical components supplier . main product are Different Plastic cover , mobile phone cover , Projector cover. MP3/MP4 cover etc . I was in charge of all activity during new product design and development . that including Customer visit/ RFQ Quotation / Product reveiw /tooling design/ protype / sample /PPAP report / Mass production / even push customer pay back Money . I know plastic tooling structure and molding process very well . We also did second process for Plastic part ( Painting/Laser marker/ pad printing etc/ 2 shot molding/ 2 color moding) .

Main product are connector . Work as Engineering supervisor , I am in charge of new product design and devlopement as well as Mature product transfer from US to China factory . because of outstanding contribution . I was select to US for 3 months training . I am familar with Connctor structure and its process . tooling and Die .

Hu Nan Province

For 1.5 year . I did study Tooling structure and molding process at Tooling design center , We are state-owned company . we designed and built many kind of tooling ( Plastic tooling . Metal Die , Rubber , casting Die) , I am familar with lathing . grinding , CNC , EDM . wire cutting machining process . after 1.5 year . I was arrange to do Product design and Development . all the product are connector . military connector and commecial connector . I am also familar with Connector standard and new product design process well.
