I manage the day-to-day operations of the business from contacting the customers to communicating with our sub-contractors. We have multiple projects in flight at all times at various stages from quoting the job, scheduling the job, managing all stages of the physical construction process, closing the project with customer, invoicing and collecting payments. I also manage the bookkeeping and accounting.
