Sales Operations Analyst

E.g contract building, amendments, pricing. Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.Manage and administer CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability for sales teams.Support sales operations initiatives, including territory planning, Book of business management, and sales incentive programs.Serve as a subject-matter expert for sales tools and technologies, providing training and support to sales teams as needed.Partner with cross-functional departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports.
