Responsible for leading a dynamic team of high quality faculty members supporting various Social Science and History courses working with students in multiple collages at WGU. Supervise day to day operations of the team while also developing long range plans to manage growth and adapt to an environment of continuous change. Collaborate with Faculty Managers of the other teams across General Education which support the General Education mission to improve student outcomes. Growing the team to meet the challenge of rapid student enrollment growth. Fostering creative innovation to improve student learning and student support. Supervise the collaboration of Development and Maintenance specialists on the team with the Development, Assessment, and Evaluation teams supporting the same courses.

Responsible for leading a dynamic team of high quality faculty members supporting Introduction to Geography, Survey of US History, and Survey of World History working with students in all four colleges at WGU. Managed day to day operations of the team while also developing long range plans to manage growth and adapt to an environment of continuous change. Grew the team from 7 to 12 members in the course of two years. Supervised the collaboration of Development and Maintenance specialists on the team with the Development, Assessment, and Evaluation teams supporting the same courses. Planned and implemented the reorganization of History and Geography to support the new, college focused structure of General Education.

Course Mentor/Instructor for Introduction to Geography, Themes and Applications in General Education Social Science, and Themes and Applications in US and World History courses.
