The more than 30 years experience in fields of property valuation, banking, construction, project management and engineering drawing which I possess, I am able to use to good advantage to provide clients with sound and reliable information in order for them to make informed decisions, which are in their best interests.

Undertaking property valuations, primarily for banking sector, which did extremely well until International Banking crisis struck in 2008 which necessitated a search for other avenues for income.

Employed as Property Assessor when Standard Bank entered the home loan market in 1986 and later promoted to Senior Assessor, with responsibility for Eastern Cape region, a position I held until I decided to pursue interests of my own in 2006.

I joined Project Services, a structural engineering company, as a detail Draughtsman and was later promoted to Chief Draughtsman. This work came to an end as a result of the withdrawal of the Ford Motor Co. from Port Elizabeth with it's resultant impact on the economy, I was retrenched.
