Examples of recent work includes: • Wokingham Borough Council – Full asset management and regeneration over a 10-year period for 200,000sqft retail, leisure and residential scheme • LB of Lewisham – Strategic review of 10 large assets which were a mixture of operational and investment, offices and industrial, totalling some 250,000sqft. • North Somerset Council - A demand and need viability study for a second phase of a successful food grade development centre for start-up business on a 10-acre site. • Herefordshire Council - 400,000sqft retail and leisure schemes developed by Stanhope and funded by British Land, in conjunction • Coventry City Council - A significant regeneration of 15 acres of the City Centre with a combination of private developer and housebuilder to include retail, leisure, residential, student, PRS, hotels, later living and extra care At the outset, it had a significant funding gap which has been overcome by using various public sector instruments and funding streams.A past member of REVO, sitting on both its Urban Regeneration and Local Authority committees.
