Improving and implementing planned maintenance schedules and assisting production teams to reach their targets within the required timeframes.□ Leading small capital projects upgrading plant instrumentation and assets□ Managing the maintenance budget for the area□ Leading the electrical day team ensuring all planned maintenance tasks are achieved□ Managing maintenance activities during time restricted outages and plant shutdowns to deliver according to strict maintenance timeline

Working as part of a team providing electrical support for Spray Dried, Freeze Dried and Utilities, responding to plant breakdowns and production issues. Helping ensure the shift delivered against their production targets. Calibration of critical plant instrumentation including during maintenance outages.
