With 20 years of professional experience in the field of human health and performance, Rob began his career as a manual therapist specializing in pain relief and sports orthopedics. Rob combined his manual therapy background with strength and conditioning to help solve pain and performance problems for people from all walks of life including weekend warriors, active duty military and veterans, and professional athletes. In the last 5 years, Rob has focused primarily on optimizing stress response and adaptation with tools like breath control, movement, and mindset. All over the world, Rob has presented in strength and conditioning facilities, military special operations, as well as the UFC Performance Institue and ALTIS.Currently, Rob is focused on research as well as creating virtual education platforms that improve the reliability and professionalism of techniques like breath control and meditation for health and performance.
