By skilfully managing employee records, payroll, performance evaluations, and compliance measures, I ensured a high level of consistency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence, resulting in elevated operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.¸ As Head of Human Resources and Front Office Operations for 18 years I successfully implemented a Facilities Management team responsible for the security, maintenance and cleaning of approximately 25 office blocks. ¸ Effectively, as a Financial Accountant, managed the day-to-day accounting processes which included the preparation of consolidated monthly accounts, the interpretation thereof, annual financial statements, cost accounting, debtors and creditors control, taxation, general ledger, budgeting and office administration¸ Devised and executed comprehensive project plans that delineated scope, objectives, tasks, resource allocation, and timeframes. This was achieved by gathering relevant information and fostering stakeholder collaboration, enabling a clear project direction, mitigating risks and uncertainties, optimizing resource utilization, and establishing pragmatic expectations for the successful and effective execution of projects.¸ Successfully manages the cleaning operations of schools and office facilities, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and provide a safe and satisfactory environment for all stakeholders.
