Responsible for the daily business operations of our two FAA Repair Stations: Precision Jet Service, Inc. and Precision Jet Avionics, Inc. I have the privilege of working with some of the finest mechanical and avionics technicians in the US. Aircraft inspection, component installation, repair and service operations focus on Learjet, Cessna Citation and King Air aircraft. Avionics inspection, repair and installation operations are available for all makes and models of aircraft. Our customer base extends across our nation and overseas. In addition, our team also provides avionics warranty programs for Honeywell, Garmin and Collins as part of our dealership offerings, and Precision Jet Insurance, Inc. provides for all aviation insurance needs. Serves as the coordinator between the various departments of Precision Jet Service and Precision Jet Avionics. Ensures quality documentation of avionics and maintenance operations for all work orders for two FAA approved repair stations, focusing on all models of Learjets, King Airs, and Citation 500 series aircraft. Evaluates and makes recommendations for work process improvements to improve operational efficiency and maximize bottom line performance. Serves as primary point of contact for a large portion of Precision's customer base. IT Manager for data and TELECOM systems.

Provide in-house customer service through troubleshooting of workstations, software buildouts and software upgrades.

Project manager/lead for migration to Google Business Apps mobile tools: email, contacts, calendar, data. PC support for 50 units. Handled inventory, HW repair, software installation/maintenance, server/printer access, Windows domain security, email, backups, etc. Managed network infrastructure and Web-hosted services. Led up to 120 volunteers for IT, classroom provisioning, training, operations, child safety and security. Average children’s attendance grew from 125 to 375 before the economy stalled. Organized/led multiple humanitarian and disaster recovery teams (14 – 30 members each) in the US and Haiti.

Managed hands-on migration to fiber “Smart Ring” WAN for three production sites hands-on in a 24x7 operation. Led Cisco WAN equipment and circuit replacements at six facilities; met or exceeded strategic timelines. Designed and led LAN/WAN installation for a new primary production site; realigned TELECOM assets. Supervised up to 8 employees for PC staging, multi-platform servers, TELECOMM and help desk ops. Managed $1.65M departmental operations and maintenance budget and capital projects budgets/timelines.

Managed Cisco WAN upgrade to increase data capacity and use VoIP for six sites. Network, workstation, server and system integration point-person during acquisition of two newspapers. Managed 13 Servers, 30 switches, 8 LANs, the WAN, Microsoft Exchange and workstation life cycle for 400+ users. Implemented help desk and hardware inventory processes from the ground up to improve 24x7 support.

Fast-tracked training. Increased sales by 21% during first few weeks as a manager. Supervised up to 15 personnel.Ranked 5th out of 9 managers with much more experience within the first 2 months of solo store management.

Improved the annual personnel evaluation on-time rate by 55% via computer automation and management. Led support team to “Superior Performer” status during a major exercise and other inspections. Selected to lead Quality Assurance program for the division, a priority initiative of the USAF general staff. As a squadron section commander, served as the principal administrative manager for 290-person unit with command authority. Directly supervised 8 staff. As unit computer manager, initiated inventory and life-cycle tracking to maintain unit deployment readiness.
