Prudential Preferred Properties was the leading regional multi-million dollar real estate company. As head of the new homes sales division, I was responsible for all new home sales and marketing within the company. Supervised and established all on-site sales efforts, developed and implemented all marketing and advertising and meet regularly with the builders and sales team. Prudential-New Homes represented communities in the four-state area: Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland.

As a co-owner I was responsible for all aspects of the business: profit and loss management, accounting, office operations and personnel. When we merged with Prudential Preferred Properties in 1993, Crifasi and Young had grown to be the leading new homes sales company in the Delaware/Southern Pennsylvania marketing area.
