By having many quality rooms available we are able to offer these professionals flexible contract lengths.Management agreementA management agreement is where we provide you with a monthly fixed fee for the property for a set period of time. Once we have agreed the terms with you - we take over the house and care for it as if it were our own. Most of our terms include us being responsible for day to day maintenance and we hire cleaners to clean the common areas along with gardeners. The cleaners are our “eyes and ears” in the property and notify us if anything needs special attention or maintenance. That way we are able to catch things before they become a problem because as you know tenants don’t generally notify you until it’s too late! We use locally vetted tradesmen for all works that need doing and ensure good quality. As we have been in the building trade for 20 years we know how to manage the trades – giving you peace of mind that your properties will be maintained to a high standard.There can also be another option to consider which is for us to purchase the property (with your prior consent) towards the end of the rental period for a prior agreed set price.Your house is in good handsRobert and Sally Turner are accredited landlords with the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association). After a few months, you soon know which techniques work and which ones don’t allow money to be spent in areas that will make a difference to the bottom line.Within 3 years we developed £1.7 m turnover of work in the renewable energy market with teams working all over the country for a variety of clients from small projects to £500k civils works.
