Once we have agreed the terms with you - we take over the house and care for it as if it were our own. Most of our terms include us being responsible for day to day maintenance and we hire cleaners to clean the common areas along with gardeners. The cleaners are our “eyes and ears” in the property and notify us if anything needs special attention or maintenance. That way we are able to catch things before they become a problem because as you know tenants don’t generally notify you until it’s too late! We use locally vetted tradesmen for all works that need doing and ensure good quality. As we have been in the building trade for 20 years we know how to manage the trades – giving you peace of mind that your properties will be maintained to a high standard.There can also be another option to consider which is for us to purchase the property (with your prior consent) towards the end of the rental period for a prior agreed set price.Your house is in good handsRobert and Sally Turner are accredited landlords with the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association).
