In addition to his work in labor strategy, Mr. Henley is a recognized expert in the field of category management, having streamlined the category balancing process for numerous consumer packaged goods organizations.Prior to joining Ankura, Mr. Henley was the Director of Analytics at Core Practice LLC, the leading firm internationally in labor strategy. He was responsible for all analytics, both qualitative and quantitative, related to client’s labor and capital expenditures. During his tenure, Mr. Henley and his team worked with the client’s employees to identify operational cost savings and implement processes to recapture the at-risk savings.Mr. Henley was also the head of project due diligence at Citadel Group Limited, a Chicago based healthcare merchant bank.
