Working with the architect team, we work to integrate and automate software in our environment. When a software is purchased, it must be evaluated for compatibility as well as installed as a global solution. We also look forward to make sure that Novant is training and preparing for the next wave of hardware and operating systems, as both must be tested for integration into our business.

I am the main IT contact for the Hospital. Not only do I provide preventative maintenance for the computers in the hospital, but I answer incident tickets when they come in. When any user is in the hospital with a problem I am paged to go out to them and repair their issue. Included but not limited to: hard drive replacements, OS re-installs, network issues, printer issues.

I frequently worked on computers at Staples as the resident Easy Tech associate and lead the operations. I also worked on the computers and was often on the sales floor answering questions as well as sold customers electronic products that they may need for their home or office.

At Target, I managed inventory making sure the shelves were fully stocked and straightened.
