Starting work in the 80's I've seen business technology evolve and transform enormously and worked with almost every industry. That has provided me a great set of skills and experience, from projects, sales, presales, service, marketing, management, ERP, CRM, EAM, BI, WFM and industries like BFSI, Energy, services, health, education, govt, retail, mining. Leading an APAC team and breaking new solution offerings into the greenfield markets are real highlights for me. I've won awards, presidents clubs, won deals, lost deals, saved customers, lost customers, counselled colleagues, hired, fired, been on the team, lead the team and been a part of some great and not so great moments!Right now after a 1yr sabbatical/career break, I am firing up again with Enterprise selling at ServiceMax. A great solution and well focused on the core expertise of field service management. It is going to be a crazy busy year in 2024, as I learn more about ServiceMax and help customers find success with this proven platform. Onward!I am open to 'giving-back' and will remain open to help in the NFP sector where I can and have the bandwidth. This sector often struggles with vendor management, and technology strategy and procurement, I think my background in this space can be of assistance to those organisations.
