Reported to Chief Executive and managed P&L for a collective of 12 countries across Europe as well as led organisational change and strategic programs connected with M&A, TUPE and geographical structure reviews.

Owned transition and merger of two major multi-national businesses comprising 300+ employees, overseeing multiple live projects and servicing key Client accounts. Integrated process systems and procedures to ensure compliance with European legal frameworks.

Transferred to Middle East business on company's request to undertake a variety of roles within the Commercial, Residential and Hospitality sectors. Managed project delivery during design, construction and post-contract stages as well as supported leadership team with cost saving initiatives during challenging economic downturn.
