Lead monthly meetings with Regional and Execute Leadership•Collaborate with 3rd Party Tollers who manufacture key products utilized within the Solenis product profile. Objectives include: planning for optimal supply through forecasting, ensuring service level requirements are met, and troubleshooting issues impacting business performance.•Global Project Manager of ERP Class A initiative within Solenis organization. Led 4 separate teams to audit, develop and implement changes to the S&OP, Demand Planning, Master Scheduling and Customer Order Management Processes. Project has netted $24MM Global inventory reduction and increase of Global On Time In Full metric from 85% to 96%.•Global Planning and Warehouse Workstream lead during the integration of BASF Paper and Water division. Led regional teams by creating project plans to execute the following: transition over 200 warehouse nodes into the Solenis Supply Chain, covert $150 of inventory, develop new forecast process, align SAP Master Data, implement SAP at 3rd party locations, and enhance the Solenis S&OP process.

Consolidated a 25+ node warehouse network to 10 Distribution Centers resulting in a $1.2MM reduction of annual warehouse spend. Ongoing warehouse management responsibilities included continuous financial analysis, negotiations with 3PLs, and operating performance of the network.
